Josh McCracken ~ Principal

Josh McCracken has 25 years of experience in the commercial aviation industry. He has an extensive background in MRO growth management with a perspective on both OEM and 3^rdparty business opportunities. Josh has a proven track record developing, managing, and executing strategic programs that are successful both commercially and financially.  Josh is experienced in merging commercial teams from acquired business units to seamlessly manage through change. He has worked to established new capabilities to serve emergent market needs while standing up new business units to leverage existing operations with new revenue streams. Josh has been recognized for his ability to open new territories and establish new customer bases with a focus on making relationship management with customers, both internal and external, a cornerstone of daily operations.

Mr. McCracken is a graduate of the University of Washington Foster School of Business with a BS in business management focusing on corporate finance.  Josh served in the Army for six years, maintaining rotor and drivetrain systems for various Army helicopters.

David Ralston ~ Consulting Partner

David Ralston has over 30 years of experience in the commercial aviation industry. His broad-based career experience includes time with operators, OEMs, and MRO organizations. Mr. Ralston has been involved in multiple disciplines within the commercial aviation industry including marketing, business development, strategic planning, customer service and supply chain management. His primary focus has been the commercial aviation MRO market segment with both domestic and international business experience. His principal areas of expertise are strategic planning, market plan development including market analysis, pricing and distribution strategies, forecasting, and component management issues. Mr. Ralston also has experience in M&A activity including due diligence, acquisition planning, and organizational integration. Additionally, he has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Aviation Management program at Central Washington University.

Mr. Ralston is a graduate of Elmhurst College with a BS in Business Administration and holds an MBA with a concentration on finance from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Michael Beck ~ Consulting Partner

Michael Beck has 28 years of experience in the commercial aviation industry. His broad-based career experience includes time with airlines and MRO organizations. Mr. Beck has been involved in multiple disciplines including aircraft maintenance, engineering, operations, business development, developing information management systems, financial analysis, labor management and strategic planning. His primary focus has been the commercial aviation Airframe and Components MRO market segments. During his career at ATS Mike was the General Manager of both the Airframe and Components businesses driving significant operational and financial performance improvements in both businesses. His principal areas of expertise are leadership, strategic planning, operational improvement, capacity management and financial forecasting. Additionally, he has experience in the due diligence and integration process on several acquisitions.

Mr. Beck is a graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in Business Administration, a former Army Officer and a licensed A&P mechanic.
